Return Policy

Easy returns are available. Eligibility rules apply, as described below.

Eligible items

Unopened, untinted products and unused tools and supplies can be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase for a refund to the original payment method.

Items we cannot accept

• Paint or stain that has been tinted or custom mixed
• Opened or partially used products
• Special-order items, unless they arrived damaged or incorrect

Damaged or incorrect orders

If something arrives damaged, or we mixed the wrong color, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund it.
